These Terms govern access to and use of Strategy Converter, including the website, code conversion and generation tools, account features, and paid services. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully, provide accurate account information, protect your login details, and respect other people's intellectual property.
Submitted code and generated results
You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to submit source code and for reviewing generated output. You retain ownership of code you submit; Strategy Converter retains its software, tools, and conversion technology. Generated output is editable source code and is not guaranteed to be error-free, identical to the original behavior, or compatible with every platform, broker, or market condition. Compile and test the output before relying on it.
Trading and financial risk
Strategy Converter does not provide financial advice, brokerage services, or a promise of profit. Trading can result in substantial loss. You are responsible for inspecting, backtesting, and forward-testing generated code before live use, and for decisions involving your broker, markets, and risk management. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Accounts, payments, and service availability
Keep your account credentials secure and do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. Applicable fees, subscriptions, and refund terms are described in the relevant product or payment information. The service may change or become temporarily unavailable, and access may be suspended for misuse or violations of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
